After filling out an online questionnaire, we schedule a 30-minute video call to discuss your personal specifics, then I create your personalized monthly plan and you receive full access to all the content and the numerous features of the app. Unlike the Bronze Plan, this program includes weekly 30 minute check-ins, the ability to modify the monthly plan week-to-week, and messaging support through the app to answer any questions you may have (replies within 24 hours)
