It includes a detailed monthly workout and nutrition program tailored specifically to you and custom designed by me - Not a pre-made "cookie-cutter" schedule. After filling out an online questionnaire, we schedule a 30-minute video call to discuss your personal specifics and goals, then I create your custom monthly plan and you receive full access to all my content and the numerous features of the app as well.
